Yeah probable as ming was

C:\Documents and Settings\Mike\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\DFZ3XLKE\clk[1].htm

Which of course doesn't exsist and yet... it does.

EDIT: okay how do I get rid of it? LoL

Go to the Quarantine area, highlight it, and click the big red X  I tried restoring it to the Temp Internet Files and then did a full system scan and it did detect it and re-quarantine it. Go through your Manual Scan settings with a fine-toothed comb and make sure it has Heuristics maxed and is using all its options in the Manual Scan panels too.

'System Volume Information' is for System Restores - it usually won't have access to those files anyway, so it doesn't matter. After a virus scan/repair, I recommend deleting your System Restore points and recreating one from scratch if you decide to keep System Restore active.
