Norton Disk Doctor problem

My friend has XP Pro and Norton SystemWorks 2002. NDD detects problems (security descriptors errors) in his HD, but can't repair it. How can he set NDD to solve the problem? His using NTFS.
 
DISASTER!!!! I tried to reproduce my friend's error, and now I'm with the same error! I checked "fix errors" in NDD, XP rebooted and CHKDSK (not NDD) came in command-mode to repair the disk. Now I have the same MFT errors, and I just can't correct it.
