Norton antivirus question

Just ran norton for the first time, and it says there are 2 infected files in an old hard drive i still have in the computer... the files that are infected are in the F:/undo/backup.cab directory, which I cant find... its not hidden that i can tell, its just not there... norton cant delete it, so how the heck can I?

you're sure that you have "show hidden files and folders" checked?

confirmed that it is set to show hidden files and folders... still cant find folder or specific file.... really confused

Have the files been deleted and held in Nortons Quarentine perhaps.
