Norton AntiVirus 7.5 Memory Error

I have been running NAVCE 7.5 for 9 months without a hitch, then last week I went to do a client install and I get the message:

"Error 25001 - Memory Scan Failed"

Anyone else seen this or have any ideas. Symantec has a topic for this in their Knowledge Base, but it didn't work.

HELP!

Did you contact support, presumably you have a support contract with us. I'm not aware of any known issues here (other than what you saw), but I'll ask the corp team just in case.

I don't need to run a scan yet, I need to do a local install of a network based system, so I have real-time protection and current updates.
