Actually, I mispoke. Although my group (which owns Common Client) provided the fix for the directx issue, it will be appearing in the NIS update, not the common client update.

Id just like to add, that Ive never had more problems with an anti virus program then Im having with NAV'03 Pro... It seemed to entangle itself around every damn file availible for it to get its greasey paws on, and is now giving me hell just to clean out my entire system of its lousy existance...

Curse you Norton!

Bsobel, Bytre, others--

Ok so on my desktop, the Norton AV updates fixed everything!!! :D

On the laptop (HP ze1210), it required BOTH the NAV updates and a BIOS update from the HP site . . . finally got everything workin' . . . thanks guys. Those that have the 1210, get the BIOS upgrade (it also fixes the "computer freeze" issue) . . .

:D
