Norton AntiVirus 2000 and Norton Utilities 2000 in Windows XP Pro?

Thanks for your help on Word 2000!! Do any of you know if Norton AntiVirus 2000 (v. 6.0) and Norton Utilities 2000 (v. 4.5) will run in Windows XP Pro? ( Trying to find out how much of my current software will translate into my new operating system.)

Showhost, people have clobbered together the older utils to work, but the 2002 versions do include XP specific fixes/updates (and on the AV side, the 2002 AV autoprotect is a heck of alot faster/smaller than the 2000 version).
