Northwood 2.4C @ 3.0 5:4 250FSB or 2.4C @ 3.2Ghz 270FSB but only 3:2 divider?

so what would i benefit more from? a 2.4C at 3.0 250FSB 5:4 divider or cut down the memory to DDR333 and run this chip at 3.25?

i can pull my 2.4C up to 270FSB but my northbridge gets really hot (passive heatsink with coolermaster PAC-P01). It's not blazing hot where a slight touch could knock off your sock but if i leave my fingers on it for more then 10 second, it starts to kick in. Is that too much? Running an Abit IS7 btw...
