I know nothing about this eTailer but 400 shipped for an 18in LCD sounds good to me.

we sell northgate PC's at my staples, and they seem to be pretty decent LCD's. Dont expect anything near the quality of sony or NEC though.

Northgate computers is back?

They were one of the pioneers alonng with Dell.

I still use my Northgate 101 keyboard....has the best feel

Anyhow, like rpbri2886 said, you can go see this monitor at Staples. I saw it and it was decent. If you got the part number you could probably order it separately from Staples and get free shipping and apply a coupon or two. Go see it first, "seeing is believing". Here is the link to Northgate:
