Northerners what time does it get dark these days?

It's been so long since I lived up North I don't remember. Here it starts getting dark about 5:00 p.m. and it's pitch black by 5:25 p.m. What about the rest of you?

I'm about 53 degrees (can't remember which one is long' or lat'), starts getting dark at around 16:00pm
