Northeast has the dumbest drivers

I've nearly been run over many a time as a pedestrian as well, and have taken to the habit of punching hoods of jackasses that stop in the crosswalks instead of on the stop lines. Not the greatest thing for my jongevity, but hey, it's a risk I take.

where were you in CA that people didn't average 15 over the limit? flow of traffic in the bay area can reach 90 MPH on certain freeways.

Northeast generally has narrower roads than the rest of the country and the highways have a longer history too, not to mention snow in winter, these could all be factors besides the drivers.
