After living in Hilton Head, SC and witnessing tourist traffic from all over the northeast, I can believe this.

They drive like nuts there.

When your roads are flooded from dolts from DE, PA and NY, you learn to drive aggressively to protect yourself from their idiotic driving habits.

What these results show me is that the average Pennsylvanian actually KNOWS most of the correct rules and simply CHOOSES to ignore them.

One out of 10 drivers regularly exceeds the speed limit by 11 or more miles per hour, with drivers aged between 18 and 24 years showing the greatest propensity for speeding, the study said.
:Q:Q:Q NO WAY

Younger drivers are the most likely to fail a written driving test while those between the ages of 50 and 64 are the most likely plow through a crowd of people.

I don't know how's test on other state. But here in NJ, you got questions that may be 2 choices are correct. But you have to decide which is more right...

I remember a question like raining...
- wheel hyperspin at 40 (the book said over 35 or something. So its true)
- more slippy at the first few mintes of rain (also true according to book).

hey I never figure it out...

PennDOT ignores the roads, PennSP ignores the highways, so they figure they can ignore the rules.

The problem with NJ and DE is that they have no fvcking behind the wheel drivers test to get a license. I avoid both states as much as possible as they have some of the worst drivers in the country, both aggressive and idiotic.

I live in Mass, and I have to wonder how we didn't get #1 on that list. We have the worst drivers in America.

Arizona is gaining steam on it's way to being the worst drivers, I'm certain of that. I've never had the pleasure of driving in the north east, but everyone has always said Cali drivers are nuts ect ect. I went to California last summer and enjoyed the traffic, because everyone was predictable and didn't average 15mph over the limits like they do here.

I've nearly been run over many a time as a pedestrian as well, and have taken to the habit of punching hoods of jackasses that stop in the crosswalks instead of on the stop lines. Not the greatest thing for my jongevity, but hey, it's a risk I take.

In my experience, NJ drivers are the most aggressive. R.I.'s population is small enough that they're barely noticeable on the road.

But, drivers in the county I live in now are by far the ones that annoy me the most. Speed limit is 55, on most of the roads, but it seems that a majority of people never reach 55. Instead, they happily pull out in front of you, causing you to have to brake, and they never achieve anything above 50.

NJ has a behind the wheel test. In fact it's harder to get a license in NJ than it is in PA where they ask you "Do you have a thumb?"

1 in 10 going 10mph over the speed limit? that seems low to me
