Assuming the story is true, then I have to say the North Koreans are crazy. I can't believe they would do something as provocative as this.

Doubtful. They have 1.314 Billion people. A handful shot by NK won't do much. When Chinese citizens want to leave China for good, they just flush their passports knowing full well that the government won't take them back in without ID. China does not care about its citizens and neither does North Korea.

the wife (who is chinese) tells me their news says its strange it took 3months to read what was on the missile, and that north korean investigators weren't allowed in. they also have been saying that Hillary Clinton has been threatening china. so, don't count on their support.
