Now you're insinuating that the North Dakota house is so incompetent that it created and passed a bill without any input from experts in the medical field?

OK, I'd LOVE to see their medical basis - let's see the evidence. I am making that assumption because that's the reality, they've been trying this crap for years.

Experts? Let's see an expert put their name on this.

Hell N.Dakota is only relevant for one week of the Summer during the Bike Rally in Sturgis.
