Nortel Networks office phone question

I have a phone at work very similar to this:

Sometimes I get calls when I absolutely cannot answer it and it appears impossible to hit a button to get it to stop ringing, so instead it rings multiple times before finally going to voice. Is there ANY WAY in God's green earth to get the thing forced right to voice?

Forward it to your voicemail. Program one of the soft keys on the right of the display to do this. Hit FtVM key when getting a Lewinski, then hit again when you have stained the dress.

Just call IT and get it replaced?

I hate those phones BTW, particularly when the IT folk are lame about supporting them.
