Violations of personal space are always good.
Elevator for example, you always tend to goto the empty corrner. There's no law that says that you can't go stand next to someone else.
Men, urinal rows. You always tend to goto the one that gives the most space between other users.

Those are some really good ideas

But mine are the best, right?

the elevator one is good, but i dont plan on going to a restauraunt or anything...

Elevators are great. Easiest one is to stand in front of panel, and don't ask anyone what floor they want. Just punch yours, block the rest of the panel. Just that if at anytime you see people starting to freak out, the ethical thing to do is to stop your role playing and explain to them its for school. You don't want to be suddenly chased by a bunch of orderly's with a strait jacket and a one way ticket to the nut house.

How about
1) Paying for an item that's worth more than $50 using loose change or better yet; pennies.

2) Sampling food at a grocery store (fruit, stuff in the bins, etc.)

3) Singing on the transit bus.

4) Licking your fingers after eating

5) Not washing your hands after using a crowded public restroom

Most of these are awesome. That one, however, I believe warrants a ban, or at least a warning. That's just ignorantly offensive because of the context, it's obvious what he's saying.
