Normal temps for a Duron?

I've got an Antec case and an getting 50-55C CPU temps. Is this normal? What is the recommended temp I should stay under? Thanks!

Antec SX1030 with the 2 exhaust fans it comes with and a Taisol HSF (stock fan).
 
I'm getting my Delta high output CPU fan and (2) 80mm Sunon high output case fans soon (in mail). Also getting some Artic Silver II so I know it will get better when they all come in. But what's a good safe temp?
 
your temps for an a7v133 are fairly "normal" right now... The extra fans should help some more, but running at 50-55C on an a7v133 shoudln't be a problem.
