Hey All! I finally splurged and got myself a new AMD 1700+ rig. If you want to see the details, check out my sig.

This comp is much faster than my old P200 (which, by the way, is still churning out those WUs). I just installed SETI@Home (the CLI version, of course), and it appears that one WU will take me only 2.5 hours, compared to 52 hours for my P200!!!

May my new rig propel Team AnandTech into first place in any race we are in!

Figure your times will be in the 3:45-4:00 range

Mine is fairly consistantly hitting that mark (1600 actual, 512 MB DDR@cas2)

Ddad is right on the times I get about 3:40 on my 1800+'s, both of them.😎

Yup, you guys were right. My times have climbed to the 4.5 hour range, but that's still much faster than my old computer!!!

its almost like the old version 3.0 days... of course those times were made with p3 800s... but still.
