Wow, I am surprised to see how well powercolor did, considering their interesting reputation.
 
Im just going by my cards, PowerColor 9700 Pro and my old PowerColor 8500, both were what were advertised and perform like champs 🙂

im using the powercolor and its great. i can oc to 450 / 360 on stock cooling.

Well Powercolor also overclocked the core and memory.

So there's a good reason they did so well. They took their apple and changed it into an orange. So the comparison against the other 9800's is skewed since PowerColor was running at a higher core and memory speed.
 
Powercolor beat any other competitor in test,, wow.. actually it's much better to get powercolor's video card, and price is actually cheaper than others, oh..also come with seven free games, wow.."Powercolor" rocks
