Norcent CD-RW Problem

Hi, I bought the Norcent 48x drive last year and it has stopped working. It will read cd's but not blank cds so whenever I try to burn with it, it reads as unavailable. Does anyone know of a possible fix to this or had this problem as well? Thanks in advance
 
try a different CDRW to see if its the drive or windows. theres going to be a 52x cdr at officemax FAR (free after rebate) black friday.
