Anyone know of some (relatively) inexpensive ones that are readily available, and with few (minor + infrequent) side effects? (I already have increased my intake of choline)

The closer to NZT-48, the better!

You've checked out the Wikipedia article on nootropics, I take it?

I've been known to chew raw fresh rosemary, but that's probably for advanced/crazy supplementers only.

Most people don't know cannabis is a nootropic with neuroprotective effects.

I'm mainly focused on adaptogens for nootropic perties up until now. I take a number of pills throughout the day, but notice the effects I experience now are not the same as those a few months ago. Not sure a switch to another brand for a select few items many months ago was the trigger, or diminished returns over time. I do try and keep my choline levels up, and may just start with old-school piracetam. Anyone have any wisdom to share? If anyone responds and asks, I can share the array of items + doses of what I am currently taking as all-around supplementation and cognitive/memory support. Little that is strictly rooted in the nootropic domain, as far as I know: Rhodiola Rosea and Vinpocetine are my bread+butter though.
