LOL! I don't know what was going on that night. I was just going through actually trying to help some people and I went back to the main page. I realized I was the only person that had posted in almost an hour, and by then I almost had the entire page. Ah well, I thought it was amusing 😀
 
indeed we do need some more people in the OS forum. the only problem is that as the patronage increases, the number of windows questions, stupid questions, faq'ed questions, and combinations of those also increases. 🙁
 
Well if you look at that picture you'll notice that the majority of those threads are windows threads. I don't believe a windows question is stupid. I know some about windows, but I'm dumb as a post when it comes to linux. So I figure if I can ask my n00b linux questions I should help windows people out. So I don't mind the windows questions. FAQ'ed questions and stupid questions... well there's not much we can do about that. I'd like to see a large influx of people here just for the ammount of knowledge that would then be available. I've got a feeling that since this area is so technical there wouldn't be too much in the way of stupid posts (a little, but not overboard). That's kept more over in OT just because of the nature of the threads that get started there.
