Nooby question... plz help

Just a quick question - how do I run memtest in windows? I downloaded the pre compiled zip version from www.memtest.org and when it unzippes it comes out as an iso file. How do I run an ISO file?

Burn it to a disk using Roxio, Nero, Alcohol 120%, or some other burning software. Then stick it in your computer, restart, and have your computer boot from CD. Then it'll run memtest.

t3h l337 n3wb is right. memtest actually runs in a bootable Linux shell, I believe. It will not work from within Windows.
