I am completely new to building computers, and fairly new to the forum. I am trying to build a comp on a pretty tight budget but have decided that I want an Athlon64 3000+ or 3200+. I am seeking advice on what motherboard to get that will allow me to overclock either of those chips a fair amount as well as allow me to have a couple SATA HDs. I initially thought about this MSI board , but have read that the VIA chipset it has doesnt have locked PCI and AGP so it doesnt overclock well if at all. Basically I would like to see what you guys recommend for boards in the sub $100 range (yeah I know thats not much to work with), whether they be 939 or 754, VIA or Nforce I really dont care just as long as it accomplishes what I want (overclockable, SATA capable, onboard audio, onboard LAN) Any advice is greatly appreciated!
