noob question

there should be an arrow on the perimeter to indicate airflow, or just put the fan close to your face...
 
Air should be brought in through the front and blown out through the back of the case. If all your fans are pointing in or out then you definitely have a problem. Just make sure the fans are situated so the air goes front to back...
