You set the voltage with CPU CID Control and CPU VID Special COntrol. The actual voltage is CPU VID Control * CPU VID Special Control.

Is that a DFI nF4 Ultra-d bios by chance?
 
Aren't you overvolting the CPU (if it's Venice) at 1.8Ghz? Lower CPU VID Control to 1.425 and set CPU VID Special Control to 110%. I have my 3000+ Venice at 2.61Ghz on my Ultra-D easily. 😀
 
PLease lower the voltage.

Mine does 2.6GHZ @ 1.45v and 2.7GHZ @ 1.475v.

Have yet to try any higher 😉
