noob paypal question

I just signed up for paypal (no cc or account verified) and received my first payment. How can I cash that payment? Or do I have to add a bank account or credit card to do that?

You'll have to add a bank account. Then you can transfer PP funds to that account.

edit: note...that will take a few days.

or get a paypal debit card...


or use their mastercard bar (acts as a temp credit card)
