noob needs some help with oc

heres my system specs,,,can anyone tell me what i should set fps . multi, v core and stuff? i want to get better that 13867 3 d mark,,,,any help would b greatly apreciated,,,thank you

- RAM Timings?

Have you OC'd your 9700?
