Non-Standard I/0 shileds for rear panel???

I just got parts to build a new PC. I have a compucase LA series, which I believe is the OEM version of the Antec 3700. The rear l/O panel, even with the punchouts will not accomodate my MB. And the l/O panel that came with the motherboard is not made to fit the case.

Any suggestions? Because this simple problem is causing me to go without a PC.

Thanks!

i thought all i/o panels were the same dimensions???/ i have never had a problem, although some wont work like he is saying cuz there is not enough port holes/punch outs, or they arent in the right place.

Which mobo? Everyone I've ever bought came with proper IO shield. If the mobo maker has a US office, you might be able to get one through them.

I think he means that the proper I/O panel that came with the mobo won't fit the case, which is something I've never seen before.
