Non-Profit Organiation Donation Methods

I'm looking for solutions that will allow for credit/check donations to be made via the web. It needs to be easy to use and easily accessible. The first one that came to mind was paypal but I would be interested in hearing any other ideas some of you may have.
(Btw, as mentioned in the topic, this would only be for collecting donations to a non-profit)

There are other credit card software (integrated with website) and online solutions. PayPal eats up a good percentage, but I'm not sure how that compares to what credit card companies charge for processing payments. It's probably less for credit cards.
PayPal is probably the most convenient, unfortunately (I don't like them or ebay as of late), since people can use credit and EFTs from their banks with that, and they already have a large user base.

I work for a non-profit and I was looking into justgive.org. I haven't used them yet, but a colleague recommended them. However, it looks like they only transfer donations once a month, and they take a 3% cut off the top, but it's an alternative to paypal (I for one rather not put any more money in paypal/ebay's pocket).

The non-profit place I volunteer for uses PayPal, but they are a pretty small organization.

This would be extremely small as well. I would imagine 10k or less a year in donations but maybe we'll get lucky.

Thanks everyone for the advice thus far.

One advantage of PayPal is that people may have bits of money left over in their accounts from eBay selling, etc. that they would give you, when they would not be willing to make a new transfer from their checking or credit card.

people bash paypal, but for small volume business transactions you will pay much more with a CC vendor/clearing house.

I use my paypal to donate now. I find myself donating more as a result too. Instead of having to find my checkbook and then a stamp/envelope; I just click a button, login and enter a dollar amount.

You can even setup recurring payments.
