Non-Californians, what's your opinion of California?

Want to see what people from other places think of our fine state

Been there.. LA sucked, everywhere else was nice.

you live in one part you've got gangs, another part has forest fires, and further north has mudslides.. and then you've got the earthquakes everywhere... seems like it'd suck to me. either way, it wont even be a state 10 years from now becuase its going to sink out into the ocean.

California is definitely the best state to grow up in and live in for sure. However, anyone not from California will disagree. Their idea of California is probably that we are all a bunch of laid back surfers that say "Dude!!" all the time.
