non booting MB?

I got all the stuff new from NEW EGG.MB= MSI 770T-C35. CPU is a AMD Phenom II X4 920, RAM G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2, Video = ASUS EAH5670/DI/1GD5 Radeon HD 5670. New power supply too, but its a coolmax v600 watt. Changed out the ram and Vedio card with 3 compatable items, And tried another power supply. I RMA ed the MB, got it back..new one again, but still no boot. I just ordered a new AMD Phenom II X2 545 Callisto
3.0GHz to see if that will get it booting.

Hoping the MB will boot with the on the way CPU.

Any other ideas?
