This is one of the greatest new for people who loves big screen phones and wanna try Windows platform.
I am using Windows platform and would love to hear a File Explorer app that will show all the content saved in local as well as external memory.

I don't mind them launching a bigger screened phone, but I hope they change the way they've been doing the body and bezels (thick).

With LG going to 5.5 and Samsung to 6.3, it makes good marketing sense.

Nokia is good at making unique looking phones, but their phones are a far cry from being thin and light.

The Lumia 925 is pretty thin and light.

Anyway, looks like Nokia is preparing to announce their third-generation of Lumia devices. The newer hardware is a sign that this isn't going to fall into the current generation.

Hold a Lumia 925, an HTC One, and a Samsung GS4. The Lumia really isn't thin and light at all. Its solidly built and feels strong, but thin and light it is not.

The HTC One weighs 143g. The Lumia 925 weighs 139g.
The HTC One is 9.3mm thick. The Lumia 925 is 8.5mm thick.

You were saying?

Metro UI is pretty and modern looking at first glance but in practice it is inconvenient and disorienting. I tried Metro UI skin on my N4 for a while and initially liked the look but couldn't get used to it.

Not sure whether a big screen is going to be a mitigating factor or a aggravating one.

They are better than they used to be. Between the 925 and 920 they reduced the weight from from 185 to 139 grams (a 33% reduction in weight).

They still have big bezels for their screen. The samsung s4 is a 5.0 inch phone vs 4.5 inch yet it is thinner than the 925 and less wide, though the height of the s4 is 7mm taller (.27"), that said I think it is the width and not the height that people complain about using phones 1 handed.

Puny? Typing this on a 4.5" screen that doesn't seem puny...

To clarify...is the only "Metro" experience you have based on a skin running over Android?

Really? You're going to give an opinion of a UI by using a skin of said UI on a completely different OS???

Try the real deal instead, the skins for Android don't even get close.

Given Nokia's excessive bezels on some of their other Lumia flagships this could end up being more of a competitor for the Nexus 7 LTE than the Note 3

Do you really believe this stuff, or do you just really enjoy trolling the WP threads and users?
