Nokia 445Pro with flickering problem

I just bought a Nokia 445Pro, and everything seems perfect except there is a little bit of flickering at the top left corner. I remember a while back there is a big post about this monitor and some similar problems and fix, but I can't find the post. So, if any one can point me to the right direction or a fix, I will be greatly appreciated.
