The picture will distort and a slight tap on the bottom of the unit will fix it. Sometimes it happens more than once, but it will only happen during the first 30 minutes of use. After it is "warm" it will be OK.

If I leave it on and turn off the "standby" feature in the Power settings in the display properties, it will be fine.

This issue only happens when I'm using 1280x1024 @ 100Hz. It does not happen in any other resolution or refresh rate...

Any ideas?
