Noisy NB fan

IC7-G motherboard NB fan is getting noisy and isn't really working (about 500RPM) and I heard ppl who replace it say it fails agian a few months later. So I'm wondering what would be a good NB fan for my motherboard (I need to it be low profile because it might get in the way).
