Looks like Intel decided to start equipping their budget CPUs with noisy Delta fans instead.

Annoying (high-pitched sound) even at 600 RPM.

What a shame. G530/G540 which I had, were running super quiet Foxconns.

They use several fan manufacturers at the same time, its just luck of the draw if you get a delta fan or foxconn, theres other manufacturers too but i dont remember who they are.
