Try here. I posted the same question a while ago. You have to order the Silverado directly from the manufacturer. It costs $62 US and will take several weeks to arrive cause they have so many orders. I'm from Canada as well and I haven't found then anywhere in Canada yet.

For the Alpha PEP66T try 2CoolTek. They sell just about everything you could want to cool your hot PC. Online stores are just about the only place where you'll find Alpha products.
