I've had my Shuttle SN41G2 system for about a month now, and one thing has been bugging me. Every 30 seconds or so, the CD-ROM drive spins up (or what sounds like), and then spins down, even when no CD is in the drive. Could it be a CD-ROM drive problem? It could be the hard drive, but it really sounds like the CD-ROM drive. No lights turn on on the CD-ROM drive or the HDD activity light when this happens, and it's completely random. I've formatted countless # of times (for other reasons), but the problem still exists. I'm pretty sure its just a problem with my drive, but I'm not totally sure.

Any ideas?
