Hey all,
Just wanted to know, what is considered a high decibel noise level from a case fan?

is there any easy way to measure how much noise our computers are emitting?

with a decibel meter. you can find them at the radio shack (search: sound level meters) website but the digital meter will set you back $60. the analog meter is $35.
