Noise of new SN25P

I know that it's got twice as many fans as older Shuttle systems. Does anyone know how they compare as far as sound output is concerned? thanks

I've never owned one of the older Shuttle models so I can't offer you a comparison; I can tell you that for all practical purposes my 2 week old SN25P is silent, you barely know that it's on. It makes some noise on boot but it's silent after that. I love it. I hope this helps.

I read some review on it when I was in my last upgrade phase and it turns out that the new system is more silent than the older ones

I've heard it's quiet as well. It does have 5 fans or so, but they are all controlled by temp monitors. Should keep them at low RPM when possible.
