Noctua question

Hey all,
I'm in the process of building an i7 4770k rig. This is my first intel build in many years. I was gifted a Noctua NH-U12S from a friend for my birthday :awe:

Anyway, I've never used Noctua before, yet alone a modern Intel chip. So my question is, will this cooler provide decent cooling? It's going to be in an Antec P280 case. Along with an asus maximus vi hero motherboard. I would like to do some minor overclock, say 4.0-4.1?
Going to use Arctic MX4 paste.

Oh here's a link to the cooler for pictures!

Thanks!

It will be more than enough for 4.1Ghz on the 4770K. A very nice cooler with great quality and a nice silent fan.
