nocaps will cause starting a thread with an emoticon to be f'd up

For example, if you reply to a thread with an emoticon that involves capital letters such as D:, nocaps will convert it to d: if there is a string of "capital" emoticons. For example:

D: D: D: D: D:

turns into

d: d: d: d: d:

Basically, whoever thought out nocaps is an idiot.
