UPDATE - Version 1.1 update has been released.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Consolidated Original Post
From the creator of the Katamari Damacy series, comes an equally charming and bizarre game. If you are a fan of Katamari Damacy you definitely should check this out. It's only $4.99 on PSN.
It's hard to explain but there's not much to it (in fact, there's almost no point other than to play around). You are a worm, you can grow, you can eat things and poop them out, there's probably a lot more as well but that's all I've done so far.
More info from the creator, Keita Takahashi: Here and here.
Probably the coolest thing of all is that you can record movies in-game and upload them directly to YouTube (as well as store larger versions on your HDD).
There are videos of this crazy game in action through the links above.
I'm sure most of the people here won't be interested, judging by reactions to the Beautiful Katamari demo, but I think it's worth a look if you're open to something completely odd and different.
Finally, the updated 1.1 version is ready (available now on PSN). Honestly, debugging it was hard for multiplayer as it was a hotbed for bugs.
So now FARTBOY is audible. As it says names of the excreted in Japanese and English in a random manner, it?s perfect for 2 to 3-year-olds to study languages.
Also, there is a hidden function in the game called SYNCHROBOY that people might not know about; it?s not even in the manual.
