You probably remember her as the horny cougar from Threes Company. Except back then they didnt use the term cougar. It was just horny older women.

John Ritter didnt actually like her character on the series. He said no way in hell would Jack ever turn down a single woman that wanted him. They'd either have to get together or she'd have to leave.

Yes, that was so odd for a show that was so focused on creating believable characters acting rationally in plausibly real-world situations. That completely ruined their razor-sharp interpretation of the 1970's zeitgeist.
