I'm relying on this 10% discount from Pointclick... after I make a +$600 purchase, I don't see Onvia on their merchant list! What can I do now?!?!

Thanks

What do you mean it's valid? Could you please help direct me through this? I honestly don't see what I can do now because Onvia.com's not on the list of merchants on the reimbursement page! (I'm not talking about the computer subsection).

I used them 3 days ago....I bought from Onvia...and the discount was valid. Email them and ask....it may just be a mistake on the pointclick site.:) I did email customer service back and forth yesterday since I was having a problem of a different kind at their site, and they were very quick...and verrrrry courteous. Problem solved....and they said I will be getting my reimbursement check in the next batch....WOOHOO.

"You have 15 days from the date you purchased the item to submit a reimbursement request. After 15 days the reimbursement request will be void"
this is from their site..

I just got this e-mail today from Pointclick...I tried request reimbursement by clicking on the blank line on their merchants list and leaving them a note saying ordered through Onvia. Here's the response I got:

Thank you for emailing PointClick. Onvia.com is no longer a reimbursable
merchant with PointClick. We have denied your order because you have
submitted it under the wrong merchant, plus we no longer reimburse for
Onvia.com. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
Have a good day.

Sincerely,

PointClick Reimbursement Team

What is going on here? Onvia *IS* on the merchant list at the reimburstment form. The thing is after I submit the form I get this error. "The calculated pending amount cannot be less than or equal to 0. " Anybody else getting this error? I'm really gripping here...

wtf, Onvia is on the merchant list all of a sudden! They weren't on there yesterday. They are listed under Onvia/avenue a.

I get the same error saying "The calculated pending amount cannot be less than or equal to 0." Pointclick's site is screwed up.

Oh well, after getting the e-mail from their "reimbursement team", I am sure I won't get reimbursed for my recent Onvia purchase.

I just submitted a request (7/6 at 10:30 a.m.) for reimbursement for a purchase I made at Onvia.com on June 27. It is listed in my account status as having been received. I hope it makes it through the process!

What pointclick is saying is that as of 7/4, Onvia is no longer a reimbursable site. That's why a purchase on 6/27 goes through their system without any problems, but purchases made on the 4th are getting an error. Too bad the error is completely useless to people.

I think this is a bunch of doo doo. They can't have an offer posted on their site and yank it a day AFTER it expired. I have a hard time believing that their agreement ended in the middle of the week or on a holiday...nobody is that stupid. I'm glad I have some screen shots. I fully expect my 10% from pointclick.

I got confirmation from pointclick today that they ARE going to reimburse me for my order on the 4th. I guess they don't want the bad press that buy.com got for their goofs over the last few months.

I am happy. I just wish more sites used pointclick :)
