Yes and I'd like to write my 10 cents of my worthless opinion and hope it be rolled unnoticed.
Like that's ever going to happen in an online forum. Post an opinion here and you should expect it to be analyzed and to have questions asked of yourself. If you really want to go unnoticed maybe you should take up playing the accordion.

No, I prefer my electric guitar... but I can't do it at the moment since the neighbours will complain as it's 2:16AM ;).

Thanks for the offer though.

EDIT: Forgot to mention I was being sarcastic there.

VFAA-

Don't be so taken aback by dialogue. If you posted opinion then you need to allow counter-opinion. That's life.

I agree to disagree with your opinion. It doesn't mean you need to start calling the other around here derogatory names in response. Calm down and let the thread develop and you'll notice people will forget your opinion no matter how contrary to their own it was.

Hey lol I'm calm and always was. I beleive it was Mr. DaveSohmer who called me first something ever so slightly. Sorry, I have to retaliate to offense.

EDIT:

I understand counter opinion, here's an example of what I mean:

ie. I say: "Americans are very ignorant in today's world."
Somebody responds: "I disagree. Americans are wonderful and caring people."

See, that's counter opinion and the above was just an example, not what I really think.

But if you respond with somethign like this: "You're full of $hit. What have you been smoking? Why don't you take a look at your own fscking country and try to fix issues with the French you moron..." and about 3 more sentences of how my life sucks than, obviously, it's a call for retaliation.

I suggest you go back and re-read the posts before you accuse someone of something. I still say you are way out of your depth here and the quality of your posts and the lack of facts or intelligent insight in your opinions proves it. Of course you can't back up your opinions with facts or arguments you just whine when someone ridicules them for the tripe that they are. This is just one thread of many where this is the case. Learn how to back up your statements with links, verifiable facts or quotes or quit your whining.

Yeah you know *time to be honest* I posted bull$hit in this thread just to come back from being idle and away from the forum for a few days.

And how the fsck am I supposed to back up my opinion with links to facts which is shortly this:

DON'T INVADE IRAQ.

Think dude, you strapped yourself to my ass and for some reason you won't let go.

Best idea, stop responding, don't post in this one anymore. Let it die.

Well engineered public transit that could compete with cars would cost billions of dollars in any city, money that the taxpayers aren't willing to fork out. Maybe skycars will make a big difference in converting people over from cars, but the problem is that they use more fuel than cars. I don't know how that will work out. This whole century the shift has been from trains and buses to cars and planes, that's not about to reverse itself without seriously heavy investment.
