No Video Signal

Hello,
When attempting to boot my computer I recieve no video output. I have replaced the video card, tried other monitors, and tried other power supplies and the same result occurs. All the fans spin when the computer is turned on and a red light appears on my motherboard (next to the ram). I'm not quite sure what to do next so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Specs:
Windows XP
Amd 64 2800+
Soltek K8AN2E-GR
Chaintech 5200 and chaintech 6600gt
Acer 19" ws

Clear the BIOS and report back with beep codes.
Is the fan on the chip plugged in?
Is the 4 pin (of the 24 pin) plugged in?
If you boot with no memory do you get beeps?
If yes to all above...Motherboard.

Everything is plugged in and I have reset the cmos. However, regardless of booting with or without memory, I get no beeps.
I just bought a new video card that came in today in hopes that it would solve the "no signal" problem but it has done nothing to help fix the problem.
