When I boot I get no signal as soon as it says starting windows. I reset go to safe mode, no conflicts or issues. I uninstall video card from DM, reboot normally Win 7 detects card installs driver asks for reboot. If I reboot same story no video. I tried updating driver same issue. Also noticed highest resolution I can do is 1400 x not 1920 liek it should be.

Thanks.

if it works in safe mode, odds are the hardware is okay but there is a driver problem.

have you tried a different build of win7 ?

I would also suggest trying a non-hdmi port on the tv/monitor
