😕I can't get my grapics card (pny pci verto mx 44o se) to work on my motherboard (asus p4s333) . Any and all suggestions appreciated. First system I have built.
My system
ausus p4s333 motheboard
1.8 ghz p4
256mb Kingston pc 2100 ram

Which PCI slot is the video card using? Did you trying moving it to adjacent slots?

Also, some boards have an option in the BIOS to switch between the first video mode, either AGP or PCI. You might try setting PCI as the first mode.

I have tried adjacient slots and changing the bios. I have a 64 mb agp card that has the same problem. A 32 mb pci card and a 8 mb agp card works in the proper slots but when I install the 64 mb card I get no video. I am using Windows 98 at the moment. Does 98 support 64 mb graphic cards?
