No TV on Radeon 9800 AIW?

I have a Hercules Radeon 9800SE AIW. When I click on the TV icon on the Mediacenter launchpad it alway gives me the Video-in interface (with nothing to see because the video-in is not connected).
My cable is connected to the CATV input. How can I watch TV on my computer???

ATI came out with 2 versions of the 3.9 catalyst. The earlier version had some TV issues, though it seems more related to the 9700 AIW. That's a starting point at least.

Change your input to cattv. There is a button on the MMC control panel to do so.

Where can you select cattv? Can't find it. On mmc configuration TV tab I can only select 'ATI Rage Theater Video Capture' and 'No Standard'.

In the TV program itself. Select the checkmark at the bottom left of the channel controller, select the TV Tuner Tab, and you have the cable standard options.

Yes. Also on the control panel itself there is a button tha changes between svideo/composite/tvtuner. It is between the parental control (lock) and the mute (speaker) buttons. You may also need to run the initialization wizard which is found on the display tab after selecting the setup checkmark.

Found it! Had to do a Directx hotfix. Now I can select the tv tuner. Thanks for replying!
